How to Change Your Emotions?

You want to know how to change your feeling or emotions?

It is good thoughts and good actions which produce good feelings. And bad thoughts and bad actions produce bad feelings.

When you want to feel depressed, simple think and act as if you are depressed. If you want to be happy, it is simple. Think and act as if you are already in a joyful mood.

You know for sure that your thoughts and actions affect your feeling.

You may not know it, the way you act also affects your feeling. Your physical activities have get impact on your emotions. Motion is said to be the cause of emotion. When your body moves, it creates a peculiar feeling.

The way you act, move your body affects the way you think and feel. Likewise physical activities such as swimming, jumping, running, singing, dancing and clapping of hands all affect your emotion. Anything that affects your body movement will also affect your feeling. And to feel certain emotion, you need to move your body in a certain way.

Whatever you ask believing….you will get. That is the Bible procedure to change your emotions. Someone said something that should make you angry and start cursing and nagging. Good. But you know you have change the rule of the game. You are in control. You’ve decided never to be irritated by anyone.

You are so important. Yes, truly you are. The purpose of change is not to become another person. Far from it. It is simply to emphasize the best quality in you. It is to show the world all the wonderful things in you. You only need to be sure your one person is the best person possible considering your condition.

Secondly, if you are sad, don’t ever look for the cause in your circumstances or in any other person. The root of bitterness is in your thoughts, actions and talking. Your tact actually triples your feelings.

You are to take only actions that are consistent with your goal. If you want to be happy. Act in a joyful way. Do things that make you really happy. Yes you do want to be successful. Act in such a way as if you are already successful.

When you smile and laugh, you are certain to feel good and not otherwise.

You can simply change your entire life by changing the way you use your body. When you change your actions or reaction to situations and conditions, for sure your feeling would change.
When you are feeling low, jump up and shake it off. When you are afraid or fretful, take a deep breath and see the fear emotion disappears.

You will change your outlook by changing your focus and your actions. And with a new outlook you can handle all your problems more effectively.

Action Point


1. Examine what you do when you are worried…fearful, frustrated, depressed. Then think of what new way to use your body to bring you a different emotion.

2. Imagine you have accomplished your goal, how will you feel? What kind of action would that feeling create? Then start acting that way…..believing you will achieve your goal and bring your desire to manifestation.

3. If you desire to succeed in certain things, find someone who is already successful in it. Take note of how she talks, walks, acts and reacts. Use him or her as your model talk walk and act or react like him.

4. When you sow the same seed in physical action you are sure to reap the same result and experience the emotion.

5. You need to control your anger because when you get angry, you loss control and it is other person who gets the victory.
