You need to build your faith. There is a building block for your belief. It is: an idea. You can always turn an idea to a belief by a very simple process. It is by getting evidences to back up your idea. Think of your idea as a table with one or two legs. Your table with its correct set of legs is your belief. You find that you idea is not as solid or certain as a belief.
Then building your faith means looking for the evidences to back it up. Those are the legs that make your table solid – that make your belief sure.
You need to understand this simple illustration that your belief is like the table and the legs that hold the table and make it stable are the evidences. You will begin to understand how faith is formed and how you can change what you belief.
You will learn also how easy it is to develop faith in any thing- even things that are not true or real. All you need to do is to find enough evidences to support them.

People are good. – Turn this to a belief, go and find as many evidences from your experience and that of others to back up this idea…
Faith comes by hearing the word of God.
Get references from your bible that back up your idea and that idea will become faith. This in a way shows that your faith or belief is your choice. But once you have made that choice, it will continue to influence you in either positive or negative ways.
The choice is your to decide to belief ideas that empower you or others that depress you. Your faith is another source of power. You can choose to have faith in your self and your ability to make it. You can choose to trust your spouse and children. And surely the belief you hold will influence all of your actions. Therefore make sure you choose beliefs that give you power, support and raison to for living and to move to the next high level in life.

- Write down the three beliefs that would help you right now: Maybe you need to believe you have enough strength to get out of bad relationships or to change your habits.
- Write down at least one belief that you must adopt immediately.
