Here are your three days rules to perfection. You want to take control of your mind and dislodge its negative thoughts. For the next three days don’t entertain any negative thoughts, feelings, questions or words. Don’t allow anything negative to occupy your heart for the next day.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
Write down what you want to occupy your mind with for the next three days.
What do you want to think about?
What do you want to act on?
What do you want to talk about?
Take your pen and write them down:

Any time you miss it, laugh at your self. But start all over again from day one. Ask right question to refocus you on how to find solutions especially when you find your self focusing on the negative. Focus totally on solution and not on your problems. If you missed it then wait for the following day and start all over again.
The goal is seven consecutive days without dwelling on a negative thought. Here is what you gain: You will see clearly all the negative habits that hold you from success. You will search for better alternatives. It will empower you to turn you life around for the better. It will create a new habits, new standards and new expectations that will help you grow and enjoy life more fully every day.
